On Saturday Nov. 20 members of Chapel Creek Fellowship church and some of their four-legged friends invited Power FM out for their Run the Creek 5K benefit race for the Aquilar family and their battle with cancer.

The folks at Dunkin Donuts filled the fellowship up with amazing cups of coffee and donuts during the event as we, Power FM, filled the crowds ears up with some tunes from our library.

Showing off how fit their congregation is in every age category, the 5K race ended in no time. While I would certainly like to praise Donielle, Sara and myself with our motivational encouragement over the microphone for some of the impressive running, I truly know it was the cause and the beauty of the amazing members of the church that had everyone going.

Ending the day with some of the best BBQ Pork sandwiches I have ever had, thank you Louis, the Run the Creek 5K was an amazing day and I would like to thank Becca and all of the members at Chapel Creek Fellowship for having Power FM out at their event.
